Originally from Columbus, Ohio, and most recently Spring Lake, Michigan, I now proudly call Waterford home. My wife, Bethany, and I were drawn to the charm of Historic Downtown Venice, the coastal lifestyle, and the year-round outdoor adventures that make Florida’s Suncoast truly special.

With a career built in the automotive retail industry—rising to COO of a major group—I bring a customer-first mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to integrity. Real estate was a natural next step after years of personally buying and selling properties. I’m passionate about helping others navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity and confidence.

I specialize in relocation, vacation homes, waterfront and luxury properties, golf communities, and income-producing real estate. With a degree from The Ohio State University, I combine data-driven insight with real-world experience to guide clients through every step of their journey.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me boating, deep-sea fishing, golfing, or enjoying the beach with my family. My wife, Bethany, is the VP of Sales and Operations for Good Feet Franchises, and we have two daughters—Ayva, graduating from OSU, and Brynn, a freshman at the University of Cincinnati—plus our German Shepherd, Vera.
